The AITA Space Divider Does a Very Basic Job of Separating Open Rooms

If privacy isn't the primary purpose if integrating a room divider into your home, then the AITA Space Divider would do a brilliant job. Unlike many partitions, this one does not block out or diffuse the view of what's beyond it; Elisa Honkanen's creation interrupts circulation more than anything else.
Constructed of 12 slender wooden beams, the structure comes together with hinges and spacers that enable you to compress it and draw it out to suit a specific area. It can be arranged quite casually with some larger and some narrower peaks to the triangular forms, plus it can be collapsed completely should you wish to temporarily remove it and store it compactly. Part visual accent and part interior barrier, the AITA Space Divider enhances rather than takes away from open plan interiors.
