Designed by Mathieu Gustafsson from Design House Stockholm, the Air wardrobe and sideboard combination that looks very lightweight and easy to place in any room. It is made from natural woven canes and solid wooden panels that give a transparent effect to the furniture pieces.
By weaving canes to build the majority of the framing for the furniture, a ventilated effect is produced which accomplishes a specific function. It allows air to flow in and out of the furniture making it great to store anything from clothes to electronics.
The ventilated effect of the furniture also makes the room it is placed in look less clustered and more open. Its the type of piece that can be placed in the center of a room or by the corners.
