Acer has announced the ebii, a lightweight AI-powered electric bike with high-end features and components. The AI features in the ebii can learn and analyze the rider’s preferences and automatically change gears depending on the road conditions. Additionally, it only weighs 35 pounds, which is lighter than most electric bikes.
The ebii can reach a top assist speed of about 32km/h and get a range of 113km. It can be fully charged within 2.5 hours, and the accompanied power brick in the electric bike can be used to charge devices. It also features a belt drive, 160mm hydraulic disc brakes, and 360-degree LED lighting. A standout feature is the airless tires, which would not receive any flats. Another standout feature is the anti-theft alarm, added as a security feature. The electric bike will be launched later in the year.
