Adobe Photoshop has now been released for the iPad. Additionally, Pam Clark, the Adobe senior director of product management, stated that the new release has been, "reimagined with a new user experience completely redesigned for the iPad with touch and mobility top of mind."
However, Adobe Photoshop for the iPad does not have all of the capabilities of the desktop version of the app. Adobe has stated that it will continue to add features to the iPad version, which will be tailored to how users interact with the iPad version of Photoshop.
The iPad version of the app will have an expanded version of the Adobe cloud document system, which will have support for Adobe Aero. Additionally, files can be saved to the cloud, which will allow users to access and edit files on both desktop versions and the iPad version of photoshop.
