Nike's Adapt BB Sneakers is Affordable and Pairs with Bluetooth
Nike introduces the second generation of its Hyperadapt self-lacing sneakers entitled the 'Adapt BB.' It is packed with a plethora of technological elements, which can be controlled using an app. The sneakers pair with Bluetooth technology and can lace itself according to its memory of how tight each wearer prefers it. The "BB" in the name represents basketball, as it is meant to be a footwear design created for the sport.
The concept is to detect any swelling when on the court and release pressure automatically through the technically-powered lacing system. To do so, the label uses its 'E.A.R.L. technology' -- this stands for Electric Adaptable Reaction Lacing and it electronically detects comfortable contours. It has a light-up system, which flashes blue lights to indicate the Adapt BB's tightening process.
