Star Trek and Star Wars fans, brace yourself: these hilarious comics by the talented Adam McCauley will have you laughing out loud. Even if you aren’t a fan of either Star Trek or Star Wars, these funny reimagined comics are still amusing. Being able to laugh at the randomness behind each comic really makes the comics by Adam McCauley that much greater.
My favorite comic is titled ‘Blingon’: it’s a funny interpretation of the (in my opinion) sort-of-terrifying Klingon race. The badass commanding culture on the show is actually accurately portrayed by what a modern gangster-type Klingon might look like. By fusing characters of the Star Trek and Star Wars series with other famous modern figures, McCauley brings a kind of lightness to the characters. Adam McCauley has done an excellent job cartoonizing these beloved sci-fi characters.
