The Acer SpatialLabs Stereo Eyes camera is a new piece of hardware from the brand targeted towards professionals and streaming enthusiasts alike to help them capture and share immersive content like never before. The unit is capable of capturing footage in 3D for videos and photos, which can be viewed directly from the camera itself, streamed to Zoom and YouTube, on a 3D display or a virtual reality (VR) headset). This is made possible thanks to dual 8MP lenses, while the incorporation of a 1,500mAh battery, built-in microphone, USB-C port and microSD card slot round out of the pro-grade nature of the peripheral.
Chief Operating Officer Jerry Kao commented on the Acer SpatialLabs Stereo Eyes camera saying, "The SpatialLabs Eyes Stereo Camera completes Acer’s stereoscopic 3D portfolio, providing solutions from content capturing and creation to display and interaction. We hope to empower users to capture the world around them in stunning stereoscopic 3D through the new camera, and we’re excited to see the possibilities and the amazing content they will be able to create and share.”
