'83 Design,' the industrial design company, has launched a Kickstarter campaign for its '83DP-CW02' compact wallet. This wallet is made with 'Tochigi Leather' from Japan, which is from 'Tochigi,' the only leather tanner in Japan that uses 100% plant-based ingredients to restore the texture of the leather. Additionally, Tochigi only sources its leather from cows that are already being used for meat production, as it does not want to be unnecessarily damaging to the environment.
The 83DP-CW02 is compact, measuring in at a fraction of most wallets. On top of this, the wallet has RFID-blocking technology to protect the owner's card information. This wallet is available in five muted colors. These are 'Black,' 'Blue,' 'Green,' 'Brown,' and 'Natural.' Each of these colors are soft and muted, making the wallets appear professional and minimalist.
