Optoma's New Projector Can Project a Huge Screen From Two Inches Away
Rahul Kalvapalle — June 10, 2016 — Tech
Optoma has announced that it is all set to release a phenomenally high-tech 4K projector that is somehow capable of projecting a massive 100-inch screen image from a distance of only two inches.
This particular 4K projector is a true trailblazer in that it brings together a whole suit of projection and multimedia technologies. It makes use of laser phosphor projection technologies that allow for an extraordinarily sharp image, and it takes the concept of ultra-short throw projection to a completely different level altogether by being able to project from a distance of only two inches when other projectors need to be about 20 inches away from the wall. The projector supports H.265 content and runs on Android Lollipop.
This 4K projector is designed for public use in environments such as auditoriums and large board rooms.
