Every Apple fan is pumped for the summer release of the iPhone OS 3.0, but we've already seen a number of proposed improvements for the iPhone. Whether they're just concepts of actual releases, innovators are actively dreaming up their ideal improvements to one of the world's most talked-about phones.
I'm excited about the iPhone OS 3.0 because it adds a number of features I'd craved, like the ability to forward text messages or send pictures within a text message. There's also turn-by-turn GPS technology--something that I've hungered for whenever I'm out of town.
As we wait with bated breath for the iPhone OS 3.0 release this summer, check out some of the Apple iPhone innovations we've already seen thus far.
