From Iceberg Architecture to Global Warming Shelves

It seems global warming has incited a flood (no pun intended) of glacial designs onto the market.
There are countless examples of advertising featuring these natural icy wonders and even automobiles and urban architecture are catching onto this hot trend. For example, Dubai's 'Blue Crystal' building is iceberg-shaped, having geometric angles of glass poking out every which way. Probably the most interesting feature of this building is its focus on sustainability -- something that could save actual icebergs in the future.
It's evident that this focus of incorporating nature into everyday design is a subtle cry for a more environmentally conscious public. The result is a beautiful mixture between art, science and passion for the environment.
