From Smelly Collaborations to Garlic Vodka
Emily Evans — June 12, 2011 — Marketing
Any culinary lover will likely tell you that garlic is one of the central ingredients in many recipes, which is probably why so many garlic innovations exist. Garlic is one flavor that is easily distinguishable, as it can be very strong and potent. The smell of cooking garlic will fill up a kitchen in seconds, and probably any rooms close by.
For those who don't particularly love garlic, many garlic innovations exist to help combat the potent affects of this popular ingredient, such as breath name tags and garlic-free restaurants.
Some of the most interesting garlic innovations are not necessarily used in recipes -- well, for food, that is. Garlic-flavored vodka is one innovation that I don't think I'll be lining up to try.
