Flare is a monthly Canadian magazine that was founded in 1979, as a re-branding of Miss Chatelaine magazine (Chatelaine is now its own women's lifestyle magazine), and this gallery of amazing and edgy Flare Magazine editorials demonstrates just why Flare is Canada's fashion magazine.
From featuring some of the biggest stars on its covers, like Kirsten Dunst and Lady Gaga, to some of the most well-known models, such as Coco Rocha and Jessica Stam (who are both Canadian), Flare really represents the cutting edge of fashion in Canada.
The magazine currently boasts Lisa Tant as its editor, and while Flare certainly features American and European content, it depicts Canadian fashion in a great light.
