There are certainly odder things you could eat for breakfast than what you'll see among these atypical pancake pieces. That being said, breakfast doesn't get much stranger than a pancake shaped like Guy Fieri or a stack of flapjacks that resemble a rainbow. The pancake has recently become the breakfast food of choice for the creative consumer. It's easy to make and is very malleable: a perfect edible canvas.
