Tracy Wong is a fashion designer and stylist based out of New York and San Francisco. Before her current qualification as a designer, she has 5+ years experience in the fashion industry in various positions ranging from a fashion merchandiser to fashion show coordinator to model. After graduating from FIDM and was chosen as one of the showing designer in the 2011 San Francisco Fashion Week, she is now an established designer and stylist.

Outside of fashion design, she is a curious girl. Her quest for knowledge and understanding across a broad area of topics is never-ending. She constantly seeks the better, the newer, the crazier, and the Ooos and Ahhs. But her main fascination lies in the eye-pleasing aesthetic and user-friendly functionality that a good design can bring. Be it fashion, product, architectural designs, or what have you, as long as it takes her in awe.
What is unique that's not in your bio?
I'm can teleport between fantasy and reality.
What's your favorite accomplishment?
Having the honor to show in the 2011 SF Fashion Week.
How do you define cool?
I can't. Anything can be cool, depending on how it's perceived and who the audience are.
What is your secret to uncovering trends?
Be very very nosy.
What do you enjoy most about Trend Hunter?
That it's a massive idea hub. It's like the brains of Da Vinci, Einstein, Steve Jobs, and ancient chinese inventors all manifested through different digital media.
How do you reset to be creative?
I don't know, I'm naturally crazy.
What inspires or excites you?
WTF??!!!
Predict something awesome for 2020?
3D multi-touch manipulation, and I mean actually 3D, not 3D across a 2D flat. Housing market on other planets.
