Canada's Wonderland, a popular theme park that's located in Vaughan, Ontario, will host the record-breaking Yukon Striker roller coaster when it opens for the 2019 season.
As Canada's Wonderland states, the Yukon Striker holds the title of the "longest, fastest and tallest dive roller coaster in the world." This will give the theme park a total of 17 roller coasters, "placing it among the world's top three amusement parks with the most roller coasters." With the Yukon Striker and the many other roller coasters being sought after by many of the world's adrenaline junkies, it's likely that the new addition will increase sales for the theme park as well as benefit the province's tourism industry.
Those brave enough to ride the Yukon Striker will experience huge climbs, as well as a "a 90-degree, 75-metre drop into an underwater tunnel."
