I can safely say that the works of Chinese artist Xia Xiaowan frighten me just a bit. Xia Xiaowan is an artist who uses spatial painting to bring his 2D works to 3D life.
Xia Xiaowan uses layers of tinted glass to give his paintings a holographic look. Seeing a painting of a guy eating an arm is freaky enough, but seeing the same image in hologram form is just a little too much for me.
