Glass objects may remain timelessly beautiful with their elegant silhouettes and their immaculate clarity. The Wrap Glassware collection features a trio of exquisite borosilicate vessels that initially look to be as contemporary as they could be antique.
English designer Simon Hasan hand-made each of the jars in different shapes, producing a decanter, a stubby and a tall vase that's reminiscent of a milk bottle. The forms all reference vintage uses of delicate transparent flasks; meanwhile their contemporary appeal is in their iconic nature and minimalism.
To add another dimension to the charming appearance of the Wrap Glassware pieces, brown leather sleeves were applied. The narrower of the pitchers have material swathed around their bases while the broader carafe has hide bound around its neck and secured in place with brass fittings.
