This seaside house in Kanagawa, Japan has been designed with a windowless facade.
Its street facing facade consists of three concrete blocks with an a palm tree acting as the focal point. Parking is concealed by a solid gate and the structure has no apparent openings when viewed from the street. From the ocean side of the house, there is a terrace, infinity pool and wall of sliding glass, bringing a minimalist theme to life. The interior staircase is voluminous and twisting as it dominates the space. Additionally, the rooms inside are arranged in a linear pattern so each space is able to equally capitalize on the full length glass windows, while a terrace hangs over top of a working railway for added isual interest.
