Wild Design has to be my favorite conceptual furniture company. Wild Design recently released some conceptual renderings of their latest chairs, which feature everything from scorpion-inspired seating to bird loungers.
Normally, animal-inspired designs consist of a cheetah or leopard-print covering a couch or a chair. Wild Design has kicked things up a notch by designing all of their furniture in the shape of animals. The best part about Wild Design's collection is its variety. Furniture is modeled after marine mammals, reptiles and even insects.
Despite the fact that the line is purely conceptual, the Wild Design collection is one that I have high hopes for. Their furniture has a fresh and original look that should help separate Wild Design from the myriad of other modern designers out there; not to mention the fact that the featured cobra chair looks incredibly cool and comfortable.
