Although these small towers would usually hold water, this smaller version of them contains soil. The wheatgrass growers are being coy about the water consumption in New York. These towers presenting eco-friendly ideas such as transforming actual water towers into foliage containers.
The structures are 3D printed using bioplastic made from corn. They can hold the wheatgrass and soil but not much more as they are extremely delicate. There are three sizes of small medium and large.
