The Watson Table by Paul Loebach Belongs in Rivendell's Elfish Homes

I feel as though the Watson Table is something I would have seen in Lord Elrond's home in the 'Lord of the Rings' film franchise. Its spiraling supports looks fit for elfish royalty. Of course, it's a bit more simple than the intricately entwined tree furniture that was seen throughout the movie, but perhaps the Watson Table is bringing these outdated elves into the modern era.

Created by Brooklyn-based designer Paul Loebach, the Watson Table has a very organic look that is nevertheless refined and sophisticated as well. Part of his latest collection, 'Some Recent Experiments,' it, along with his other designs, are set to debut during the Milan Design Week 2011.
