Walmart Launches a New Sugarcane-Derived Lingerie Collection

Walmart is taking a leap toward sustainability by releasing a new sustainable line, which includes bras and underwear made from 75 percent recycled materials. This innovative collection features bra cups crafted from Brazilian sugarcane, a sustainable alternative to conventional foam. At the same time, the straps and wings are composed of a blend of recycled nylon, spandex, and elastic.

The development of this line involved extensive research and testing, with the Kindly team experimenting with over 30 iterations to ensure optimal fit and comfort. In addition to the sugarcane-based bras, the collection includes a range of bralettes and underwear styles.

Notably, this product line is designed to be more size-inclusive than many alternatives available at Walmart. It offers bra sizes ranging from 34A to 40DD and bralettes and underwear in sizes up to 3XL.

This eco-friendly lingerie collection is available in over 3,300 Walmart locations and online, with retail prices ranging from $11 to $14.
