Vetements Launches Avant-Garde Streetwear Brand VTMNTS

The founders of the luxury fashion brand Vetements have launched their highly-anticipated "secret project" called VTMNTS – a niche brand with a variety of avant-garde looks that are set to drop in Spring/Summer 2022.

The brand's first menswear collection, titled 'XXX,' consists of over 100 pieces including leather blazers, philosophical graphics, atypical cuts, skintight shirts, trucker jackets, and one-of-kind eyewear. Though experimental fits dominate the brand's offerings, the collection will include some more accessible looks as well. These will align more closely with Vetements classic design code, many of which will come in the form of youthful t-shirts.

Interestingly, barcode patterns also appear as a recurring theme throughout the collection on t-shirts, tank tops, gloves, and sweaters. Aside from new fits, VTMNTS plans to eventually offer a series of mentorships and financial aid initiatives.
