Vogue China Beauty December 2012 issue exhibits the merger of lavishness and the Orient.
On the cover and in the main spread, the gorgeous model Tao Okamoto shows off her natural beauty and grace. Her features are delicate and accentuated nicely with extreme add-ons. Her silky light skin works in contrast with the gold appliqués, lace and geometrical shape masks. As well, her dark eyes pop and the make-up enhances the overall look of luxury and sumptuousness. The entire shoot was styled by Clare Richardson and the final frames are incredibly chic.
Photographer Lachlan Bailey took the shots for the December issue. Bailey harmoniously snapped away, allowed Clare free reign in the styling department and came up with a great cover and concept piece.
Tao paired with Clare and Lachlan made the Vogue China Beauty ‘Byzantine Lux’ editorial a smash and be sure to catch the issue on future magazine racks.
