Footwear label ECCO worked alongside Studio Hagel on a special collection entitled 'UTW63716,' comprised of 18 different models. All of the designs surround the concept of functionality through a variety of perspectives to challenge the entire idea of function. This is translated through elements such as "un-pullable pull-tabs," odd patterning, bright colors, unfunctional covers and zippers, endless pockets and more.
The entire UTW63716 collection is playfully experimental but it still infuses some of the label's signature components such as the 'Fluidform' comfort technology. The footwear models are constructed from the unique leather material that features the state-change technology.
Each style is limited to only 24 pairs each and is available for purchase online now at 'W-2,' ECCO's experimental online shop.
