This offers a place for dogs and cats, owned or stray, to access essential hydration throughout the day; built-in access points for humans lets them empty water bottles into the system if there hasn't been much rain in the forecast.
The conceptual Urban Rainwater Collector also features an overhead tent that provides people and animals alike with a dedicated place to escape the sun's rays.
