Range-Increased Hybrid Delivery Trucks

The New UPS Hybrid Trucks Can Auto Switch to EV Power

UPS hybrid trucks were recently unveiled and they will be able to drastically increase delivery ranges. The UPS hybrid trucks will also be able to automatically change to its EV mode when completing deliveries in cities. The new auto-switching capabilities will be extremely useful in the United Kingdom as certain cities have been designated clan-air zones. The new trucks were designed and constructed by Tevva, an EV startup, and they will also have the same amount of cargo space as the previous models of UPS trucks.

The trucks were constructed to have a range of up to 250 miles, where most other electric vehicles of a similar size are restricted to a range of 60 miles. The increased range and hybrid-powered trucks will allow UPS to extend its delivery network, while also reducing the cost of package deliveries.
