Recycled Waste-Made Footwear

adidas and Parley Create Another UltraBOOST Uncaged Sneaker

adidas and Parley have done a number of collaborations before and its latest update is a new version of its UltraBOOST Uncaged sneaker model. Originally, the model made its debut in 2016 when the duo created the silhouette to celebrate World Oceans Day that year.

The minimal design language is retained and it is also constructed in a sustainable manner, made from recycled waste drawn from the coast and beaches. Although there are some differences, the sneaker retains the pure white base made from Primeknit materials. It is framed with a light teal color from Parley fiber materials to imitate the look of waves and the water. Branding details are seen at the tongue, at the stitching by the midfoot, and the insoles.
