Yamaha has launched two new computer mice as part of its 'Two Yamahas One Passion' initiative. This initiative is intended to unite the instrument-focused and automotive-focused sections of Yamaha's business, and to remind consumers that these two entities are in fact, the same high-standards company. Due to the vastly different business sectors of these two divisions, the two mice will represent these two different sectors.
The first mouse is brass instrument-themed with parts reminiscent of a trombone, such as two large circular pads for the left and right-click buttons and the brass tube-themed design of the mouse's body. The second mouse represents Yamaha Motor Co. As such, this mouse has a bulky, black and gray design with carbon fiber pieces and an aerodynamic design. This mouse is intended to replicate the feeling of a Yamaha motorcycle with its aerated body and smooth handling.
