In an effort to allow more individuals to share content from the popular social media site Twitter to the visually focused platform Instagram, entrepreneur Andreas Sandre has launched Tweeig 2.0.
The tool allows users to transform any tweet from Twitter into an image or video that can be posted on Instagram from your phone's camera roll. The name of the new platform -- Tweeig 2.0 -- was created by combining the word "tweet" with Instagram's shortform "ig."
Tweeig 2.0 is easy to use, simply copy the link for a tweet and past it on the app. Next, save the tweet as an image or video and upload it easily on Instagram. The app is currently in its beta testing phase and is free for users to download.
