Video-Playing Brochures

TV in a Card Brings Travel Collateral Into the 21st Century

Travel brochures are set to become a whole lot more informative and entertaining thanks to TV in a Card. TV in a Card is a British company that designs video-playing brochures.

TV in a Card's brochures have a 4.3-inch, 320 x 240 LCD screen. The brochures have about enough memory to play 30 minutes of video. The card's has a full control panel letting you pause, rewind and skip chapters. The audio can either be listened to using the card's miniature speakers or with the headphone jack.

With all that tech you would expect the brochures to be bulky and big, but they are actually slim and thin. While I couldn't see tourist traps or amusement parks springing for video brochures, I could see big companies and businesses attempting to woo clients with a pitch that can be rewatched at any time.
