The Turtleback Trailer is a trailer that makes you feel as comfortable as you would in your own home, but is rugged enough to force its way through the most treacherous of terrains.
The biggest highlight of the design of the Turtleback Trailer is its considerable water tank, that is designed to hold an incredible 42 gallons of water and is mounted above and in front of the axles. Water capacity was made top priority by company founder Dave Munsterman, based on his considerable experience running out of water while on camping trips. The water in the tank is heated via a spark ignition water heater or a tank-less water heater, and distributed with a 12-volt pump. It supplies water to both the kitchen sink and the outdoor shower.
The Turtleback also has a nifty slide-out kitchen area equipped with a stainless steel stove, sink and two large drawers. The propane tank is smartly mounted to the outer corner so it's out of the way.
