Architecture studio FreelandBuck introduces a look at the Tunnel Vision installation, which is a public art design that is located at the WMATA Office Building in DC. This stands for the Washinton Metro Area Transit Agency and it is right at the southwest corner of the office's lobby.
It measures 10 feet in height and 14 feet in diameter, allowing guests to look up at the installation. This is made from laser-cut aluminum which is layered over one another into conical forms. These are also detailed with a gridded pattern which allows light to shine through and flow into the lobby from above. It explores spatial drawings by the firm as the image was digitally printed onto metal.
