Although the Tuning Watch looks like a stereo equalizer, it was actually inspired by the 50s-60s American car Calande. This is more appropriate considering that it was designed for those on the road.
The brainchild of French designer Patrick, the Tuning Watch is supposed to make time-checking a breeze when you're behind the wheel. Displaying the time and date, the Tuning Watch reads "like a barcode watch from left to right with the first line showing 5-hour segments, 1-hour segments for the second line, and 10-minute and 1-minute segments for the third and fourth lines," according to The Design Blog.
