New Balance has already launched a plethora of 2002R colorways this year alone, and now the brand is returning with yet another 'Truffle'-inspired 2002R silhouette. The sneaker's 'Rust Oxide' and 'Calm Taupe' colorways were recently given official imagery ahead of their release later this year, and this colorway is scheduled to follow suit.
The 'Truffle' colorway sees the 2002R's base structure coated in a deep maroon shade, while the mudguards, medials, and heels are fitted with a soft suede material. Mesh underlays, toe boxes, and collars add an elevated look to the lifestyle sneaker, as the 'Rich Earth' trimming elements give the shoe a rugged look. 'Rich Earth' also decorates the 'N' logos, while a silver color on the heel tabs strays away from the dominant color scheme.
