Trina Merry is an artist who uses models as her canvas, combined with backdrops of the city. For someone passing by, it would be hard to spot the model from the image in the background.
What's amazing is that these images are not digitally manipulated, but are actually captured with a model being painted on site. The painting is done on location because Trina Merry is then able to completely blend the person in with the background. The New York cityscape is a common backdrop used by Merry, but she also uses places like the park and even a carnival. No matter what she chooses for a background, everything is so seamlessly integrated that the subject is completely lost in the rest of the picture. In some photos the subject even takes on a ghostly look.
