Trevor Horne Architects Designed a 12-Sided Building in London

Trevor Horne Architects, a London studio, has recently designed a gallery in its home city that could be seen as duplicitous. If two faces make a person untrustworthy, then Trevor Horne Architects' building for the Cabinet Gallery is a bald-faced liar, as the structure's cleverly designed exterior has 12 sides.

The Cabinet Gallery had previously been a roving exhibit, but the new building will serve as its permanent home from now on. It is located on the former site of the Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens, which was a common venue for public entertainment in London from the 17th century through until the mid-19th century. With more than 200 years of entertaining Londoners behind it, the area was ripe for a new cultural installation, and Trevor Horne Architects has given just that.
