Looks like another big company is on board for the futurism theme, and they've paradoxically presented it with a hint of disco. Toyota's latest TV spot involves galactic gals in the Toyota Factory.
Blondie's Heart of Glass plays as the girls spray the shiny lacquer on the Toyotas in a pristinely white room. Then, in sync with the music, a team of men in red suits put the finishing touches on the rims. Next the viewer is taken into a white room covered in a modernist red and cube pattern, nothing in it but an older man in a black racing suit, his face serious as he looks down off the white platform from which he is standing. He raises his arms as he leaps face down, the camera focusing on the bright red Toyota logo on the back of his outfit.
In the next scene, a white Toyota Yaris rips around a dirt floor in a room with white walls, and men in glossy, patent suits appear to grade the performance of the vehicle's stunts.
I won't give away too much, but there's something catchy about the cheesiness of this futuristic auto music video. It's fun, catchy, and spunky! Check it out!
