Conceived and developed by a group of researchers from the University of Stuttgart, University of Duisburg-Essen and the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence, the Touchscreen Steering Wheel incorporates a touchscreen right into the steering wheel so as to reduce the need for drivers to take their eyes off the road while looking for vehicle controls. With the ability to recognize 20 gestures, the Touchscreen Steering Wheel is easy to navigate as well.
