Toshiba is targeting the health-conscious with its W62T Sportio mobile phone. The handset features an integrated acceleration sensor and GPS that enable it to keep track of how many steps you take, and how far you have gone. Also, when used in Calorie Counter mode, it can calculate how many calories you used up.
However, the really neat thing about Sportio is a special Beat Run mode. This mode allows you to compose music by jogging to special tracks. Neat-o!
Otherwise, the phone features the usual specs: a 2.2-inch TFT with 240 x 320 resolution, a 2 Megapixel camera, Bluetooth, audio and video playback, and a 1 Seg TV tuner.
The Japan-only Toshiba Sportio will be available in five colors - white, black, green, orange and red.
