London-based photographer Tommy Clarke goes to extremes to get the right shot. He's been known to hang out of helicopters to capture his intensely vivid aerial images.
Tommy Clarke first became fascinated with the intersection of water, land and people on an aerial trip over Bondi Beach in Sydney. He captured the vibrant pattern of surfers on the beach and developed his first collection, 'Shore.'
Now, the 28-year-old says that he has an "obsession" with capturing the bright bursts of color found on the "blank canvas" of sand and waves.
