Toletta, a Canada-based company known for manufacturing luxury toilet seat covers, has managed to stir up attention with its paper dress made entirely out of toilet seat covers.
Toletta presented the concept to fashion designer Laura Dreger. The dress took more than 520 seat covers and over 100 hours to make. Dreger, who became intrigued by the idea, jumped at the opportunity to be the "first in the world to make a paper dress from disposable toilet seat covers."
