TiVo boxes will now have the ability to access the Prime Video streaming service, along with behind-the-scenes exclusive content for popular movies and TV shows. Users are able to access Prime Video through the OneSearch feature on TiVo boxes. However, before Prime Video can access the user needs to link their account to their TiVo device.
TiVo is taking steps to make sure it includes streaming services in its future plans. Integrating Prime Video into its service ensures that consumers will be able to access content through both streaming and cable. Currently, the new feature is available in 50 different states in the US, however, it is not available in US territories.
