Creative buro replus was tasked with the renovation of this tiny flat in Lviv, Ukraine. The apartment takes up an area of about 35 square meters and is owned by an architect couple. Hence, the design-forward aspect of the interior overhaul was particularly important.
replus created an agreeable aesthetic for the tiny flat, mixing smart arrangements to maximize space and strong industrial motifs. The Lviv apartment featured high ceilings, which ultimately played out in favor of the project. Communal and private rooms were conjoined to form one. While the main room enjoys a boldly charcoal brick wall, it also incorporates a raised bed with plenty of storage space underneath it.
By embracing the strong industrial character of the tiny flat and integrating glazed structures to bring about light, replus created a homey and design-friendly apartment.
