Upscale shoe brand 'Feit' enlisted the services of Australian designer Jordana Maisie to create the interior of its new Manhattan store featuring layers of timber slabs that seem to almost float in thin air.
Located in New York's West Village neighborhood, the 420-square-foot interior combines both a modern and minimal design aesthetic. Aiming to replicate Feit's penchant for handcrafted quality and attention to detail, this boutique interior is defined by geometric shapes and linear spaces. Timber slabs stack from from the floor to the ceiling with attractive store shelving units skillfully integrated within the design.
Adding to the space's charm are soft white LED lights built within the wooden shelves that dim or brighten depending on the appropriate season. Mirrors have also been strategically placed within the store to expand the space and play with the perception of depth within.
