Google's new virtual reality painting app 'Tilt brush' allows users to sketch their drawings and designs in 3D.
The app is available on the HTC Vive and works with a controller that the user can "paint" with and features include a virtual color palette. The app will allow for the painter, designer, architect or visualizer to physically walk through their designs. This could exponentially improve productivity and visualization when it comes to designing anything from products to buildings. Theoretically, the Tilt brush could allow users to cut down on the time needed to develop and plan their real-world designs.
The interactive aspect of the app is especially unique, as most methods of painting, sculpting and design do not allow the creator to be as physically immersed as this app allows.
