Designed by Indian designer Arun Thomas, the Yog tricycle has been the showcase of the Michelin Challenge Design 2010. The Yog tricycle is designed to use alternative power: thunderstorm lightning. Arun Thomas believes that it will be possible to create thunderstorm clouds in a closed system in future.
The Yog tricycle will have an aircraft engine with an electrically driven propeller and a battery that will provide power. The Yog’s wheels will consist of elastic wheel hubs as well as rubber tires.
