Brato Brewhouse is Attempting to Recreate the Dine-in Experience

The COVID-19 pandemic has taken a toll on a lot of us and consumers have been more fortunate are nostalgic about things like the dine-in experience. As many restaurants struggle to stay operational, businesses have cleverly found a loophole to engage with their customers and sell food while they are at it. In Boston, a few restaurants are attempting to recreate the dine-in experience for consumers with delivery and FaceTime/Zoom meetings.

One such establishment is the Brato Brewhouse which has "already hosted a few virtual events." One of these meetings was dubbed "hell night." Customers receive ready-to-eat meal kits that feature chicken wings or fried cauliflower, as well as six sauces, "each incrementally hotter than the last one." Customers are then prompted to join and event on Zoom where Brato personal "walk them through the wing-eating process," while sharing information about the sauces.
