The 28-year-old clearly rose to the challenge, producing a wide array of different tech-infused and fabric-recycled technical garments. The impressive 30-piece collection ranges from impressively weightless jackets and customizable duffel bags to no-waste compact pouches and color-dominant half-jackets.
In preparing for the existing challenge, Ender Severin conducted numerous phone calls to textile manufactures and local factories, searching for high-tech fabrics like Gore-Tex and Dynemma—this ultimately contributed to ethical production.
The merit of the technical garment challenge is that it channels design understanding and inspiration, as well as education about different manufacturing processes and etiquette.
